The faces behind the vision
The Federation of International Entrepreneurs in Germany is an association of female entrepreneurs and organizations with a migrant background who actively shape Germany's economy.
Many of us have been living in Germany for years or even decades. We have started businesses, created jobs, and taken on responsibilities—often in the face of significant structural challenges.
The Federation was born out of this experience: to pool economic strength, raise its profile, and work together effectively.

Michael Saad is an entrepreneur, networker, and bridge-builder. As the owner of amalun.de and chairman of Einfach e.V., he combines business acumen with social responsibility. His focus is on bringing people together, highlighting untapped potential, and creating opportunities for new possibilities, collaboration, and development.

Nilofar Schoaib is an entrepreneur, business lawyer, and social entrepreneur. With NILO’S Café, she has created a “third place” in Erfurt that brings people from diverse backgrounds together and fosters exchange, community, and social participation. As a founder, she combines entrepreneurial thinking with social responsibility and is committed to social cohesion, democratic culture, and the creation of vibrant spaces for togetherness. Her work operates at the intersection of business, social innovation, and community.

Linh Vu Thi embodies entrepreneurial foresight, social responsibility, and the integration of health, the economy, and shaping the future. As a health economist, medical ethicist, and global health expert, she develops strategies at the intersection of science, leadership, and social change. Her profile is defined by networking, dialogue, and a commitment to effectively bringing people, organizations, and ideas together. As an Erfurt ambassador, she is actively involved in her city, combining a sense of local connection with a cosmopolitan, forward-looking perspective. In addition, she serves on the supervisory board of Treuenburg Real Estate AG and is actively involved in social initiatives through the Kinderfreuden Foundation.

Why a federation of international entrepreneurs?
Entrepreneurs with an international background have long been an important part of the German economy. They create jobs, make investments, and start businesses, while also bringing with them networks, experience, and access to international markets.
FINU brings this economic strength together. We are creating a network that strengthens connections within Germany while also building bridges between the German business community and international markets.
Our Goals
We want to highlight our members’ economic potential, facilitate new business relationships, and create access to networks, markets, and decision-makers.
At the same time, we draw on our experience from day-to-day business operations. Where many companies face similar challenges, we raise these issues with policymakers, government agencies, and the business community, and work toward concrete solutions.
Our Position
We view international history as a source of economic strength. Diverse experiences, languages, perspectives, and international networks generate knowledge, opportunities, and new possibilities for businesses and Germany as a business location.
For us, it is not about background, but about entrepreneurial action, responsibility, and shared interests. FINU stands for collaboration among equals, quality, and sustainable economic development.
Our Role
FINU sees itself as a nationwide platform forentrepreneurs and business leaderswith an international background.
We connect companies across regions and industries, provide access to the business community, politics, and government, and pool practical business experience. At the same time, we leverage our members’ international networks to forge new economic ties between Germany and international markets.
Our goal is to develop concrete solutions, highlight economic potential, and actively help shape the framework conditions for entrepreneurship, skilled workers, and international economic relations.
